Been living here for a year and a half and everything has been really good so far, Paul one of the employees has always been super nice and his hospitality is perfect. Everyone else has been super friendly in the front. Maintenance has been super quick (usually a day or two) and super kind as well.

I’ve had a great experience here. It’s calm and quiet. I haven’t heard about anyone having trouble. Management is very responsive and work orders are handled promptly.

I cannot say enough about the team at SYNC at NOBU Station. Without question, their office staff is superb and pays attention to every detail, and their maintenance team is unbelievably prompt and very knowledgeable. If you’re looking to make a move to a wonderful apartment complex, that is beautiful and safe and full of friendly people, I would recommend highly you come and take a visit.

I've been living here for 3 months now, and i am beyond pleased with the environment, great residence area, and the management and maintenance crew are so awesome, quick & friendly to respond. Looking forward to the rest of the next year.

Jacob, our maintenance man today came out quickly within reporting the maintenance issue and fix the problem as well as some other issues very fast. We are highly impressed with his professionalism and knowledge in details. Thank you Jacob for the small token that was left behind. We appreciate you and hope that you will be here a while!!!!!

First impression couldn't have been better. The complex might be the most clean/well maintained complex I've seen while I was looking for a new place. Every unit I looked at was clean and exactly as advertised. Tony was the best! Went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Couldn't be happier with the tours and all the knowledge he had.

Not a resident yet: Was skeptical as people tend to be of apartments with attractive prices but was blown away with how accommodating the apartments can be. Staff were very helpful and kind. Area was quiet and nicely shaped for a no cloud day in San Antonio. Paul helped me select the apartment that was right for me. Will look forward to living here in the future.

Just moved in and LOVE everything so far! The folks in the office are great and the location is super easy to all the things I need. Must have looked at 9-12 properties and Sync has the best gym without question.

Julissa Garcia was very knowledgeable and professional very respectful and made me feel safe and comfortable to open up and ask questions pertaining to the property. Was willing to work with me for a move-in and the two gentlemen that also worked at the property was very polite and warm, welcoming as well. The property nice clean and secured. And I definitely loved the viewings of the units I’ve seen thank you guys for making my tour a pleasant experience and I look forward to conducting for the business soon. Thanks again. I recently moved in, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The staff made the entire process—from paperwork to move-in—so simple and stress-free. Everyone in the office has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The community itself is beautiful, peaceful, and filled with friendly neighbors. It truly feels like home already. I’m so glad I chose to live here! ☺️
